Peony Village staff are the absolute best! Malia is always willing to me with ant rent Cafe updates I have to make. So much appreciate her help and kind ways. Brian and John are/were the best. Bummed John left as he was awesome. Thankful that we still have Brian. He's top notch and always willing to help with any issues. He is great and very trustworthy. We have lived at Peony Park Apartments for about a year and a half. The apartment are very nice and well kept. The staff is wonderful. The neighbors above us are noisy, but it could be worse! Our view out of our patio doors in back is AMAZING!

I have owned my own home for the last 10 years. I am a single mom with a teenager. We outgrew our 1 bathroom house. I could not be happier that I decided to sell my house and move into Peony Village. The staff is wonderful. The maintenance team is always around. I had a Sunday evening issue and they were here in 20 minutes. No complaints or attitude. They are constantly working on the property. It is not one of those massive complexes, which I like. There is always parking out front. The pool is well maintained. It seems like everyone here likes to live here so they are friendly and welcoming. My unit backs to the Papio Creek. It is very quiet. We have pets that love the patio leading to the large grassy area by the creek. We are 1 block from a nice Hyvee as well as mere blocks from hospitals, shopping, NFM....but it still feels private and quiet. My child is in one of the best school districts in the entire area. At the top of my list is the full size laundry room. I have 2 cats and 2 litterboxes hidden in the laundry area. I LOVE that. We have a massive walk-in closet in the foyer with extra storage for whatever. If you are looking for an apartment 'home' then look no further. A friend of ours asked us the other day if we regret selling the house and moving and both of us immediately said NO! We love it here.

I love this place especially the staff, they make it a great place to live the office employees are always helpful and maintenance responds in a timely manner. We love the large storage in apartments, parking is great, big garages, large decks, tall ceilings, nice appliances, quiet neighborhood, and quite neighbors too. The complex is mostly adults so not a lot of screaming kids, we also really like the security for the buildings. The only thing I´m not a fan of is the roll vinyl in the kitchen, chairs leave dents I don´t know if it's just cheap or poorly installed. Honestly though if that´s my biggest problem I´m doing okay.

Peony Village has been a fantastic apartment! The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. The maintenance team couldn't be beat - requests are handled promptly, and the team is efficient and respectful. The apartment is clean and quiet, and an easy commute to UNMC. I highly recommend making Peony apartment your home - especially if you work or go to school at UNMC.

Living at Peony Village has been fantastic and I have had no issues in the year I've lived here. Every time there is a maintenance issue or a scheduled repair of the apartment communication has been clear and concise. Staff is always helpful and nearby. The central air in the apartment along with the pool really make it a comfortable place to live.

Safe community, friendly staff and amazing maintenance! Rooms are spacious. Buildings are easily accessible. Communication from management is thorough. I've loved living here!

I have lived here for over 4 years and have been very happy. The office staff is great and very responsive, and the maintenance team readily takes care of any requests. The location is great, close to Dodge and HyVee. Large apartments with tons of storage.
